Install Water Intake

Log water and other drinks, keep a daily goal, and watch your streak. Your log is private to your account and syncs across the web dashboard, the desktop app, and the mobile app, and on iPhone every drink is shared with Apple Health. Every drink is encrypted at rest with a key minted for your account alone.

Water Intake data

Export your drinks log as JSON, or uninstall Water Intake from your account. Uninstalling downloads your export first, then deletes your log on web, desktop, and mobile. Apple Health keeps the water already written to it.
